After discussing your goals for the space, you’ll receive a proposal outlining our design fees along with an itemized furnishing allowance.

Step 2 : Full Service Furnishing

Full service means we handle it all from concept through completion. We handle everything from sourcing and design concepts to logistics, procurement, and storage, holding your furnishings until your glass house is ready for move-in, then delivering and styling the finished space.

  • Glass houses arrive as a kit and can ship anywhere in the United States. Delivery options are available in Oregon, Washington and California.

  • Your glass house arrives as a flat-packed kit, delivered right to your driveway. Before installation, the site is prepped with pavers that go through a precise leveling process to ensure the foundation is completely even. Installation can be is handled by specially trained contractors.

  • A glass house naturally runs warmer than the outside air - often by 10 degrees. Skylights, retractable shades, and ventilation options help regulate temperature, making the space comfortable and comparable to the outside temperature.

  • Surprisingly easy! The tempered glass panels are durable and low-maintenance — usually just a quick rinse with water and a few drops of Dawn dish soap or a streak-free glass cleaner does the trick. Both options allow the glass to air dry without leaving residue. Most homeowners clean their glass house twice a year, and with such minimal upkeep, it will stay beautiful year-round.
